strut is the oil cooler air intake, at the bottom of the plenum
chamber. The accessory
section of the Pratt
and Whitney R-2800 can be seen through the screened areas of the
nacelle. The silver cones
at the aft
end of the nacelles are the exhaust augmentors that draw the air
through the oil cooler plenum chambers.
