Convair RB-36H
Trial fit. Next time I
will probably fit the assembled outer wing panels to the wing roots
with white glue to get this fit. That way it will be
easier to insure proper
alignment, though I am happy with the current result. The
spar/fuel cell assembly has been modified to clear the
inlet ducting installed in
the wings. Devising a good build strategy is important when
building this model, whether you do the wing modification or not.
Nothing is glued at this point.
