The elevators were posed in the down position by scribing along the hinge line with a JLC saw and the back side of a #11 Exacto blade until they
could be repositioned, then thin plastic cement was applied to lock them in postion.  This Rube Goldberg construct insured that the angles
were synchronized, both stabilizers and elevators are here, locked in similar positions by the clamp and clothespin.
