12-20-20 12-21-20 service interruptions

There have been several service interruptions during the past 2 days. This has been due to DDOS attacks originating in China causing core router to be stressed, slowing data processing. Each time has been brief as we have been able to enable firewall rules to block the attacks. We continue to monitor this.
