About 1545hrs. (3:45pm) massive power outage West part of Woodland well North of Yolo. Access Point affected at this time are Yolo Fire, CR96 and CR21. Some other Access Point are on Battery or Generator. Restore time 1915hrs. (7:15pm) according to PG&E.. -----------Dustin
