10/26/11 Willow Oak Network Slow Down

Affected Access Points include VO and CR24 partial outage started @ 1740hrs. We have one of three legs of the network down. ATT has been contacted to fix the Span that feeds our circuts. NO ETA AS OF 1940hrs. We have had a trouble ticket open to monitor this T1. I will update as soon I can.
