10/17/16 Mass Backbone outage

This morning @ 8am there was a massive outage affecting the Bay Area and Sacramento Valley. As soon as ATT and Comcast fix the damage the network will come backup. The infrastructure is fine. Should be no need to power down. I will try and update this notice when the updates come in. -- Dustin
