Wednesday, 08-16-2017. Massive Power Outage in Robbins and Knights Landing affecting AFES service. All towers in Robbins and parts of Knights Landing are affected. The announced PG&E repair time via phone call is 6PM, but may be longer. There is nothing at the PG&E web site about this outage.
