There are two types of Opti Supporter Ag series machines, the double type and the triple type. The Double (D) type is a color sorter and the triple (T) type is a color plus foreign material sorter. You can choose 5, 10, 20, 30 channels for each type.

EASY TOUCH PANEL OPERATION
color sorter screen shots Touch panel operation is available for all Ag series and you can easily control sorting precision. The panel can memorize 22 kinds of sorting conditions which are easy to save and load.
SORT OUT A VARIETY OF RAW MATERIALS
By changing the sorting settings on the touch panel, a variety of raw materials can be sorted out, such as white rice, unpolished rice, and mixed cereals.(* #1) Foreign materials can also be sorted out.

   3. 		Sorting Chamber has inspection window where you have easy access to clean and inspect the inside chamber. It is also available to attach dust collector to the machine. (* #1)

Automatic air blower blows compressed air to bottom part of the bucket elevator and prevents materials from remaining inside.

Cleaning gate is equipped on the bottom part of the machine, so that you can clean the inside easily.
