Unparalleled sorting accuracy


Delta technology has developed a more efficient way to sort rice.
  • The i-IQ employs a high resolution multi-pixel scanning Array, a proven method with many advantages over traditional CCD cameras. Real-time scanning immediately transforms lighting to voltage, eliminating time lag and improving accuracy.
  • This intelligent sorter optimizes the geometry of light, which greatly improves sorting efficiency, especially in chalky grain detection.
  • Delta's advances in scanning and lighting technology, when combined with our enhanced ejectors, has resulted in a marked decrease in the amount of good product in the reject stream and have achieved more than 99.9% sorting accuracy


Ejector valves enhanced for longer life and better preservation.

Delta's ejectors allow servicing of internal parts rather than replacing the entire ejector. The efectors., which operate at 1,000 cycles/second and are pitch-optimized for rice, are machined to higher tolerances and built with higher quality materials than typical ejectors. All of this results in significantly longer egector life, more precise sorting and less maintenance downtime.

The sophisticatied graphical user interface on the i-IQ touch screen is designed for ease of use and fast product set up. The innovvative technology provides a variety of user options, making one button setup a reality. Choose between these set up modes.

  • 160 Channels (128 primary/32 resort), 4-5 tons/hour approximate production capacities.
  • 240 Channels (192 primary/48 resort), 6-7 tons/hour approximate production capacities.
  • 320 Channel (256 primary/64 resort), 8-10 tons/hour approximate production capacities.

All production capacity data is based on white polished rice with a 2% defect level.
