The instructions recommended a single color green upper finish, so I went with RLM 71. I used RLM 65 on the bottom. The tailplane struts and the forward antenna mast were made from plastic card. Although the tailplane struts survived the years, they did not survive the dis-assembly. The rear antenna attach stub is music wire and the antenna is Uschi fine thread. The upper surface crosses and swastikas are aftermarket as is the S emblem, but the other decals are Monogram Me 109 decals from my old decal stash.
